Digital TV - Freeview HD - Channel 31
- Simply scan for the service via your set top box or built in TV decoder. Refer to freeviewnz.tv for further details.
- Freeview HD allows for regional broadcasters to cover their local region, meaning that TV Rotorua will be available only in the Rotorua region on Freeview HD.
- TV Rotorua is NOT available on Freeview Satellite or SKY TV.
Standard Analogue viewing - Manual Tuning
- Reger to the User Manual instructions of your TV.
- Select an unused channel position and use manual search mode.
- Our channel frequency is TV Channel 59 / 775.25 on the UHF band.
Tuning with Sky TV installed
Follow the manual tuning procedure. TV Rotorua is not able to be tuned in through a Sky digital decoder.
Repeater and Aerial Details
If you are still unable to receive TV Rotorua, or your picture is unacceptable, you may need to adjust you existing UHF aerial orupgrade your aerial and/or your internal cabling and connection system.
Our repeater is on Pukepoto, which is south of Rotorua Airport.
